came across this one by Luna Twist, never heard this band before, but some real good tunes.

Luna Twist - African Time
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=698qNlPCJ7Y

Luna Twist - Decent Life
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8n8AaiTh0UU

there is also Nacht und Nabel - Beats of Love, an engaging electropop track
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O5YBPRjQfuM

and Telex - Moskow Diskow
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DFWdobNIcPQ

and I love Muriel Dacq - Tropique, which I originally thought was French...a good summer tune with a Pino D'Angio-like rap in it
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SeF2UtUjy7s

what else anyone listen to from 80's Belgian stuff??

if you haven't, definitely check out the "Bel" CD series. There's one 2-disc volume for each year of the 80s. I discovered some great new wave tunes through this series:
