Inquiries and discussions about new wave artists and what happened to them.

3D On Polydor Records:

Postby newwavepopman » Sat Oct 11, 2003 8:00 pm

This New Wave band on Polydor Records did at least two albums that I know about. The first one which is the better of the two,and has the classic Elvis Costello soundalike song "Telephone Number" That whole first album was great.I loved their killer synth, especially in the song "Carnival"

What happened to these guys? After their second Polydor LP which included the single "Something In My Eye" they seemed to disappear for good.Does anyone else recall this band?

Of the UK I have The Club and Break The Fixation on MP3. Why these weren't hits here I'll never know, they're great songs!

I seem to recall these guys having a promo video for "All Night Television". Anyone else remember that one?
