"Rocket To Stardom" on Nightflight

OK, a real stumper I know nothing about, even after 15+ years of digging...

The old USA Network cable show Nightflight showed a short film/video about some alien rock group landing and playing a song. if I remember correctly the chorus was "Rocket to stardom/Play the Palladium/Gimme a zip gun/I know what you say".

Anyone?
