SHARE: Blind Date - Dangers Of Love RARE 2nd LP!

Let me start by saying Blind Date's first LP is just as rare as their second. They're just a rare band. There were four of them, Svein Hovland (Vocals/Guitars) Malcolm Little (Guitars/Synths) Pytten (Bass) and Rolf Wingsternes on Drums. Their first album is called "Don't Talk" Here's a video for the title track which opens with the wonderful line "Don't talk... try it as an exercise."

Fade2Grey posted that album and it's worth checking out here...

Their follow up LP "Dangers Of Love" was released on Epic Records in 1984 in Holland. Here's the title track.

My favorite Blind Date song is "Giving Up Sex" which is featured on this album. Here they are performing it live on TV!

Neither Blind Date LPs are available on eBay right now, and there are none on sale at Discogs, which i find surprising, since they were signed to Epic. This album had no b-sides or remixes. (There is a b-side to "Don't Talk" called "Disco Junkie" if anyone has it, I'd love to hear it...) Tracklisting and links below...

1. Something Special
2. Under The Moonlight
3. Dangers Of Love
4. Two Hearts
5. Giving Up Sex
6. Second Time
7. Don't Stop Believing
8. In The Swing
9. Work It Out
10. Warden Of Love
