A Song About New Orleans in the title

There is this New Wave song that I hear alot in a club that I go to,and I don't know the name of the song.It says something about going down to New Orleans in the song.A friend of mine found what he thinks is possibley the song that I am talking about, but he doesn't know the exact name of the song.He did say however that the group singing the song,is a band that has numbers in it.Something like The 10's 9's 8's etc.

Not in the title but prevalent in the chorus...maybe Concrete Blonde - Bloodletting (The Vampire Song)[1990]

Lyrics: "I've got the ways and means to New Orleans, I'm going down By the river where it's warm and green...I'm gonna have a drink and walk around, I got a lot to think about...oh yeah..."

Yes thank you. This is the song alright by Concrete Blonde.I recognized it right away once I played the song up on you tube.I just never knew the song title or who the artist was.I never would have thought or would have gussed it was by Concrete Blonde though.
