Yeah, I seen it.

The presenter's annoying, gave 'Paint and Paint' short shrift and the large amounts of edits they used on these shows to give a false impression of what happened. Wouldn't mind seeing the uncut version of any one of them to compare and contrast.

it ws sad watching Mark Fox apologize to Nick for wrecking his band. Fox was great as a fill in singer and Paint and Paint is nothing to sneeze at.
Would have loved to hear his versions singing the older Haircuts material.
Where the heck did Phil Smith disappear to?

Does anyone know any locations where I can get the Half-Baked tracks ? Everything I find is dead.

I took an awful time but I have plenty of time now, having retired early.
This year I collected 1GB of MP3s by Nick Heyward.
And was able to recreate one of the BruisedFruit bootlegs.
Using the sparse description and the length of the tracks plus my knowledge of Nick's output.
The bootleg "Memory Lane"is now posted on RateYourMusic.
http://rateyourmusic.com/release/unauth ... mory_lane/
It took me a week!
I reviewed it on the "Nick Heyward Discography"page on Facebook

You can buy a copy of the CD-R from Wesley Holley for 9 US dollar, I think.
I roamed the Internet far and wide to collect MP3s by Nick Heyward solo.
However, I can not remember seeing Half-Baked tracks...
But I was not looking for these, having Wes' inofficial CD...

My copy has 3 more tracks:
I Believe in Sunday (Live)
Haley's Heart (Live)
Coming Home (Live)
Also my copy is that of Wesley Holley.
Who took it over from the now defunct BruisedFruit.com
However, even more tracks do exist..
But not as MP3s... J.

Again posted on RateYourMusic (and reviewed on the "Nick Heyward Discography" page on Facebook).

Hello again
You are getting no reply from romoboy because his computer crashed!!!!
Wesley Holley told me so 2 days ago.
I will try to contact him.
But it will take some time.
Wes' CD is that of BruisedFruit..
But those fellows are out of business..
No longer interested in their own brainchild...
Best, J.

From memory the quality of the Half baked demo album that was on the net a few years ago wasnt great would love it if someone has this in decent quality.

Also out of curiosity......is there a vocal H100 version of "Blue Hat"???

Romoboy is back in business again.
Wesley Holley told me so last night..
However, Wes is a schooled sound engineer and has cleaned up "Half Baked".
The inofficial CD sounds good now but half of the vocals is missing..
Yes, a Haircut version of "Blue Hat" with vocals does exist.
But it is probably a non-legal version.
For I discussed it with one of Haircut's members.
Regretfully I have not sorted out the CD-R I got from another fan yet.
But I think "Blue Hat" is not on it - I have to check.
Even so I promised Noah not to forward the contents..
Sorry about that.
Does anybody perhaps have the demo of "Don't Go" by Nick Heyward solo?
Or the extended version of "Kite"?
These tracks I am missing as well..
