Anyone knows who sang this? Plz help

Hi, I'm looking for a song, I dunno the artist, I just know it's called How Do You Do and I remember the lyrics. It's a romantic dance Euro new wave-type from 1984, that's usually played on repeats of a show called 80's Experience with Jan B. The problem is the dj had such a thick accent when he mentioned the artist, that I can't understand what he said.
I think he said Bakkyu or Fakkyu or Spakkyu????? Please help.

the lyrics basically repeat themselves throughout the song. Oh and I think that Jan B said the artist is from Belgium, if that helps.

I just love that darn song, but I had no clue who sang it, and that Jan B had such a strange accent that I couldn't understand, but thanks to you now I know. XD

Hmm now off to YouTube to find out more about this artist.

Wow, barely any info on this artist, but I did manage to find the cover art, so this single must be extremely rare.



Oh, and correction: he's not Belgian but Danish, lol
