I was sitting here and my brain had a flashback to 1983, when I first bought the Howard Devoto single "Rainy Season"
When I would put it on my turntable I would forget to change the speed from 33 1/3 to 45 RPM.
After a couple of times listening the song at the slower speed, I actually liked listening to it both ways.

Don't get me wrong I love Howard Devoto since The Buzzcocks, Magazine, and Luxuria but this song at a slower speed sounds more New Romantic than New Wavish.

Give a couple of listens to this slowed down version.
