SHARE: Taco "Puttin' On The Ritz (Extended Version)"

As far as I know the extended version of Taco's "Puttin' On The Ritz" is only on one or two official compilation CDs but the sound is awful (probably sourced from vinyl). So here is my re-creation, edited from my own Taco "After Eight" CD (Germany issue) ( https://www.discogs.com/Taco-After-Eight/release/836706 ) in FLAC:

The only adjustment I made other than the editing was to normalize the audio (increasing the volume to it's maximum without clipping).

BTW - Can anyone supply me with a rip of the USA "Cheek To Cheek" 7" version or the "Singin' In the Rain" Canadian 7"? I'd like to re-create those edits but can't find any trustworthy source online. The 1982 USA 7" lists "Cheek To Cheek" as 3:30 but the 1983 "Puttin' On The Ritz" b/w "Cheek To Cheek" USA 7" reissue lists it as 3:39Plenty of videos uploaded on YouTube but most are from TV appearances so it's hard to say if they are the actual edited versions released on those singles.

Puttin' On The Ritz (USA 12" version) (6:03)

"Cheek To Cheek" says 3:30 on the US 45 label, but it runs slightly longer. This is my vinyl rip of the "Puttin' On The Ritz" 12" single, but the first beat of the song is missing, so I just cut and pasted it in place. Enjoy!

Oh, the tracks are numbered the way they are because they're extra tracks in my 'After Eight' folder.
