Hello all,

Hope everyone is doing well! As promised, here is Volume 8! For this volume, I have included one of my favourite and sadly overlooked 80s songs of all time “National Avenue” by Red Guitars. I have yet to see the full Official video so If anyone has it and would like to share, greatly appreciated! I will leave the link up for one week while I work on Volume 9! Please note, I have done my best to remaster all the tracks including those from cds that needed a bit of tweaking. All files are in WAV format so downloads may take a little longer.

I hope you enjoy!

Paul (Gazebo Music)

Ps: Feedback always welcome!

PSS: Please, this in NO way is intended to take away sales from any of the artists included here but rather a way to discover or rediscover these timeless masterpieces as many of them have never officially appeared on CD or are long "Out Of Print". Please support these bands if they should have material available! They deserve all the credit!

“In Memory Of Dave “Swerve” Myrvold”

Nice compilation. Great to see Danse Macabre and Frozen Ducks. The Icicle Works is a classic.

Thanks AJ, I actually have up to Volume 15 completed and ready to go. I will release one Volume per week. After Volume 15, I’m not sure if I will continue because of time restrictions. We see!!! Thanks

Maybe you can tell us how big these bands were in Spanish speaking countries? Because most are nowhere near well known in English speaking ones. How big were the blue nile in a spanish speaking country?
Fuck's sake mate how do you manage all those usernames on guitars101 and greasy lake?
