I do have Talk Talk demos but suspect this and the instrumentals are taken from the multi tracks which surfaced recently. So fan made probably.

i found some pet shop boys ones -
heart 30 track,
what have i done to deserve this
lots from other groups, tears for fears, inxs,
depeche mode, etc.
and some other ones too.
