Here is a band that you really don't here a whole lot about.Does anyone remember them at all? They got some airplay,on WLIR back around 1982-83 with their dance hit "Avenue B" It had a sound all it's own.Kind of like a cross between Devo and Sparks.Does anyone know what they have been up to?

I'd like to know too what happened to them. They had a good dance song ("Humanized") that was airplayed in Peru (S. America) and I recorded in cassette around 1985, but maybe this song dated from before.

They changed their name to black 47(first year of irish potato famine)( and have been recording material since 1990 under that name.
