"feeling moody"

"feeling moody"

Okay, this is a weird one.

Female vocalist. Maybe from NYC. Has a ska-like sound to it. Lyrics mainly consist of "I'm feeling moody moody" but comes out as "mooty".

Heard it on a local pirate radio station, but forgot to write it down. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Ska-like; female vocal; possibly from NYC--my guess is that it's "Moody" by ESG.

ESG had most of their material reissued fairly recently, and I believe a version of "Moody" is on Rhino's "Just Can't Get Enough: New Wave Dance" CD.
