Two of my strangest lp,s from the 80,s are from a band called Elvis
Hitler.Their first lp was more psychobilly with a wicked version of
the Green Acres theme song done with Hendrix Purple Haze. The second lp was just straight hard rock.I think they were from Michigan.Does
anyone remember seeing them,or know where they went?

I saw the many years ago at a bar called The Metro-Plex in Atlanta. The show was great. They played with GWAR.

I've got the first 2 LPs, "Hellbilly" and "Disgraceland". Both are really good redneck-influenced punk rock reocrds. They do a mean version of The Beasts Of Bourbon's "Ten Wheels For Jesus".

they used to play in Ohio (Cow-lumbus) alot when I lived there. late 80s early 90s I do belive. I think I saw them play at Crazy Mama's once but can't remember. the members used to have funny takes on old
rocker's names like Eddie Cockring instead of Eddie Cochran. you know, that sorta thing.....ha ha!!!!
oh yeah...No, I don't know what happened to them!!!!

I have a Snake Out Disc that came in a pizza box called Live Pizza, had some cool songs on it:
Devil in Mrs. Brady
Hockey Night In Canada
Love Comes In Chunks (My favorite)
and covers of Green Acres and Hawaii 5- 0

They thank Elvis Hitler on the back

Anyone have mp3's of these guys? I think I have all of the Elvis Hitler stuff to trade (or anything else for that matter!)[:)]

I'm no longer allowed to use the internet in my down time at work, so it really cuts down on my visits to the board. My boss has been on a real power trip lately, so I'll be out of here very soon. I start at a new job next week, hopefully I'll be able to make it on here more often.

They changed their name to Splatter after one of the members left and released an album called From Hell to Eternity.
