Man, went to the Kraftwerk concert in DC. The sound was horrible! It was way too loud and the bass was literally just a supersonic rumble. A huge disappointment. I still love Kraftwerk, but will never venture to see them live again. I totally did not see that coming at all. Assumed, actually, that they would be rather quiet. Boy was I wrong!

Huh sorry to hear that. When I saw Kraftwerk in Las Vegas in 2014, the sound was perhaps the best I've ever heard in a concert. Maybe the problem was with the venue itself rather than with Kraftwerk? Unless they've rethought their concert sound mix in recent years...

Not sure...I have now seen others post reviews about this very show describing the same overblown bass thunder and too loud volume. It wasn't only me. I think perhaps it was venue/malfunction related...it was insane how loud the bass was...pretty much all you could hear.

When I last saw Kraftwerk in 2014, the bass was too loud and my wife left the venue [Moogfest 2014] and a few minutes later they had a board meltdown and had to end the show! So bass fracking and Kraftwerk is a thing, apparently. The other two shows of theirs at Moogfest shied away from that sort of overkill and sounded better. Haven't seen them since then.

I saw them in Vancouver, Queen E, whenever that 3D tour was, and it sounded great. Did not go this year, which was also at Queen E.
