Alphaville is coming to North America

Postby avcool4u » Sat Sep 01, 2007 9:55 am

Yes, it's true. Alphaville, the legendary band of "Forever Young", "Big In Japan" , "Dance With Me" and many other awesome hits is finally returning to North America.
Saturday, October 27, 2007 at the Powerade Centre, Brampton, Ontario.
So far, the show is scheduled to start at 9pm, there is an opener.
The last time Alphaville came to N. America was in 2001, for a small acoustic show in Salt Lake City Utah. They had previously been to Salt Lake City in 1999 - their first time ever in the US or N. America.

Tickets went on sale through www.ticketmaster.ca on Thursday morning.
Brampton is not far from Buffalo NY, (less than the distance to Toronto)so if you're in LI, it's not too far.

This is going to be incredible. If you're curious, the only original member in the band is their vocalist and primary song writer, Marian Gold. He's still singing incredibly, and the band is a must see.

That's all for now. It would be great to meet some of you there. I've got my 6 tickets already. Get them quick, this will sell out!

Show cancelled. Apparently poor ticket sales killed it.
