6 shows Blir, you are becoming quite the BSP groupie. I missed them last time they came to Philly. I won't this time!!

Embarrassing isn't it Cubby? Regardless, don't forget that DC, Philly, NYC, and Boston tickets are all on sale now. Most of the rest of the country have been on sale for awhile.

Well it's a wrap for me...the 8th and 9th shows I checked out on this tour were both excellent. I'd love to make it an even 10 by seeing them at Maxwells on the 19th, but I'm teetering more toward the The Mary Onettes that same night. I may have actually been in a great mood these past three months partly because of this BSP 50+ date tour. Two final postscripts before I stop pestering everyone about BSP:
1. A boot of "A Trip Out" from the Brooklyn show where some ass (ahem) yells out for a song and gets a retort from the band for cursing. Pretty clearly heard right at the end...

2. And a pic here of another NWOer sorta inserting himself into the Boston show. Here's Noble wearing one of the Ice Cream Man stickers that Coop had grabbed down in Austin, a wry reference to Jonathan Richman, a favored act by a couple of the members...
