LA is just "the most" when it comes to live gigs. I had an absolute ball both times I visited. That's not to say Melbourne is all that far behind - it certainly leads the way "south of the equator". Some "local" reformations in the last year or so have included Pseudo Echo (as mentioned), I'm Talking (with Kate Ceberano), Uncanny X-Men, Hunters and Collectors, Cold Chisel (with Jimmy Barnes), The Johnnys, Hoodoo Gurus, The Saints, The Church, James Freud and the Modern Girls (the Models), The Angels, Rose Tattoo (although they've never really gone away) and my favorite "psychobilly" band of the 90's - the Fireballs!
