Q: How many Bush Administration officials does it take to change a light bulb?

A: None. There is nothing wrong with the light bulb; it's condition is improving every day. Any reports of its lack of incandescence are an illusional spin from the liberal media. Illuminating rooms is hard work. That bulb has served honorably, and anything you say undermines the lighting effort. Why do you hate freedom?

You are just begging for 'Das Boot' aren't you?

Go ahead.. see if anyone here is willing to buy into it.

Your petulance knows no bounds.

Mike and I have an understanding. Go shovel your threats at someone who gives a fuck.

Your idiocy knows no bounds, but I don't bring it up constantly, now do I?

And what does that have to do with "Hooked on Phonics"? Phonics comes from phonetics, the study of speech sounds. It has nothing to do with comprehension or reading for context or meaning. Admit you're wrong and move on. It ain't hard. If you want a lesson in phonics, my father-in-law is a neuroscientist that invented the concept of neuroplasticity. Phonics have played a very vital role in the work that he does. If you're ever in the Bay Area or Sonoma County, drop by and get a lesson.

I'm curious how I twisted your words. You extrapolated that Stella was advocating the destruction of society based on a few rambling posts she made. You were the one twisting words, not me. I think Stella has her on and off moments, but she has never seemed to advocate world destruction to me.

Sure, that was evident in the way you attacked MikeP, claiming he was a liberal, claiming he would censor or ban you. You're still here, so obviously he didn't do any of the things you accused liberals of practicing. If you really think you don't have issues with liberals, you need to learn to think before you write. You went from a largely apolitical member to thrashing liberals in nearly every post. If you think I'm the only one that noticed, you're wrong.

Funny, I see my self as a centrist. I work with a Green party candidate whose pragmatism I believe in and am currently doing work with Senator Chuck Hagel of Nebraska, a die-hard Republican who has more common sense than John McCain could ever muster. I'm first and foremost an egalitarian. I want people to have every opportunity this world affords, and I will always work against the oppressive types, whether they come from the left, right, or middle. You're welcome to label me however you see fit. Your little label doesn't actually define me.

If you're trying to insinuate that I'm scared of Jimbo, get over yourself. People don't scare me, and they definitely don't scare me when they hide behind a keyboard. Hell, if I'm ever in your neighborhood, I'll drop by for a drink. Maybe you can sell me an old Archie comic or something.

You're welcome to that opinion. I think it went back and forth, but then I try to be honest.

See, this is where you approximate Jimbo. I never called you unintelligent. You had claimed earlier that you had been playing around with the NWO "intellectually challenged" and you were going to start to destroy them with your massive brain and intellect. My last stated that you haven't done that, that you have merely resorted to your personal biases and an agenda-driven point of view. Hell, in a lot of cases, I think you're right. I just haven't seen this Marilyn Vos Savant-like intellect being used yet to trash simpletons like me.

We're doing well, thank you. The restaurant is an experiment in social entrepeneurship where the workers come from low income, low education backgrounds. They are very carefully screened so we can weed out folks that lack commitment, and then they are put on a track to own the restaurant within a few years. I provide the start-up capital, they provide the manpower. My hope is to create business and homeowners within the comunities they serve. We hire 100% legal staff and are able to train in every aspect of running a business. But I'm just a stupid leftist, what do I know.

Cheers.

PS - I did blindside you, and for that I apologize. I was here long before you and was blindly rushing to get the backs of some members I appreciate that you were being a tad disrespectful of. Next time, I'll knock on your front door.

Hey, "Hooked on Phonics" was a reading course you could order for your kids or for simple minded bafoons.
http://secure.hop.com/

Check it out.

You live in Sonoma? Hahahha... yeah, you're a REAL centrist...

I have a question: can both of you love birds get a room or do I have to use the hose to separate you two?
Much respect to you for taking in his kids. It is hard enough when it is your own child, but multiple kids that have to deal with the emotional devastation that suicide brings, wow. You'll find that the people on this forum, whether you agree with them or not, are a very generous and sympathetic group. Let us know how we can help. My wife's family has had to deal with suicide more than once. If they can provide any insight, let me know.

I guess I can see now why you react so emotionally to everything. You're dealing with some heavy shit man. I hope you can get some time to take care of yourself. I'll send you a photo of me attached to a punching bag if it'll help relieve some stress.
Save your sympathy. It's not necessary. Bad things happen. You just deal with it the best way you can.

...and you haven't seen me even come close to losing my cool yet. As I said before, you're just a distraction for me. In the overall scope of the universe, you just slightly annoy me. That's no sin. After all, this ain't the real world. It's the F-N internet. Right?
I believe he was trying to E-M-P-A-T-H-I-Z-E with you hutter.

Empathy.. that's one quality you will find to be undeniably genuine with Beatschool.

Rather than shun it from those you perceive to be your rivals, it should be taken as an opportunity to see the human side of people.

That is indeed a heavy load you are taking on hutter, definitely carve out some time to transition into the unenviable role of being a surrogate parent to those poor kids. They will be depending on you in more ways than you will be equipped to handle. Having three of my own in a two parent household is challenging enough. Godspeed to you dude.

Is this where you show everyone your pussy and start breast feeding all of us while singing Kumbaya Oh Lord and inserting your usual granola enema?

Does it tickle yet?

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^((((Yawn))))^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Obviously it's all lost on you since your MO is to get your punkish kicks out of spewing vitriol & hate all over this board.

You are just a caricature of someone puffing themselves up behind the keystroke driven ruse of a steroidal moniker foisting an overinflated ego onto a discussion forum that could give a rats ass about what you have to say.

Funny speaking of which, you so remind me of that Gorgan character from the original ST series, just here to stir up childish hatred and pit people against one another.

It would suit as your profile pic.

Indeed! WTF ... is this kind of behavior really necessary? You all know where I stand on this one.

And Gorgan ... that's good. Or how 'bout Shazzang, the sadistic genie from SNL's Saturday TV Funhouse!
When Hex points out you shouldn't question other folks' literacy, you throw in the term "Darlin" and talk down to her like she's some 15 year old girl that knows nothing.
(Wrongo, ol' buddy. There's nothing but love 'tween me and Hexi. "Darlin" is a term of endearment where I come from.)

I wouldn't quite go that far . . . [:D] I was just trying to point out the futility of ad hominum arguments. Yeah, that's always a useful strategy here.

I don't like being called a grammar cop. My official title at work is Grammar & Diction Dominatrix, so that's Mistress Hex to you, Hutter. [:)]
