This is the first time I've heard of this. It sounded funny... "save the INTARNETS!" Then I check it out and it looks like corporations want to slow down your favourite sites[?] I can't imagine a time when NWO and YouTube are slowed down to a crawl because of god damn att[:(!]

It's true. I first heard a report on this legislation on NPR's morning edition:
