The Tube Network

Has anyone else seen this new music channel?
It is on channel 184 here on Long Island.
Nice variety of music, as I have seen The Cars live singing Candy O, Neil Young live, then Johnny Cash live, then The Ramones. It has a little of everything and not your normal videos. Some new music thrown in there as well.

It seems most of the programming on The Tube is live material. I only saw it once, and switched over to the 80s network on MusicChoice.

Yes, there is a lot of live stuff. The only complaint I have is they play a lot of Queen, which is not a favorite of mine. I just saw Eurythmics and Talk Talk, followed by Roy Orbinson.

Music choice is a music only channel, correct? No videos played?

I'm so glad you posted this. I watched it for a couple of hours one night & then forgot the name of the network!

It's somewhere up in the 1000's on my channels - which I never check.

Correct. I think it's funny that TheTube was made, considering there's several MTV & VH1 channels. Lost focus have we, Viacom?

I don't know what the thought was behind another music channel myself. But it is nice to see videos that aren't usually shown on MTV's or VH1 channels. I am sure it will lose it's uniqueness after a while. For now I am enjoying it.

It was good... not great. But at least it played music videos.

I tried to put it on yesterday and wondered where it went.
That stinks.
I guess a music channel that plays only music can't make it anymore. [:(]
