my favorite Atari home and arcade game was "Asteroids". I probably spent around $500 in quarters, maybe more.

Well

My favorite Atari 2600 game was Adventure. I was a square and I killed dragons that looked like ducks. I got the chalice to the gold castle before the bat stole it and solved the hidden easter egg all by myself which basically just displayed the programmers name, Warren Robinett. I still remember it as if it were yesterday.

Gravitar
Tempest
Asteroids
Major Havoc
Centipede
Dig Dug

And I like Gravitar so much that I posted a web site about it:

- dedicated to the 1982 Atari classic video arcade game Gravitar.
Hints and playing tips with screen captures, etc. included...

Not a big surprise that you would be attracted to a game about rocks seeing as you have quite a collection of them between your ears.

Mine: Bang the Drunken Skank.

Great game where the limo driver gets into all sorts of misadventure, all the while scoring points for his (mis)deeds.
