anyone ever watch the re-runs of this game on GSN ? Well this isnt about watching the game, its about prices. In the mid 70s, new cars Monty Hall gave away averaged about $3,500. That was about the right price for a new car in the 70s right? But the new color TV's Monty was giving away (around 1975) were $300-500. The new 13" TV back then were just over $300, but at Walmart, present day, under $50. Why is that?

Its because Walmart is the greatest invention of all! I think they should sell cars.
Car prices are totally insane. Back in the 80's a new car was a lot cheaper than now. I'm not looking this up because I'm really lazy, but I do remember cars being $8000 for a Nissan or small Toyota. Now same small models are $15-$20000. A Freakin Minivan is at least $25000! This is totally insane! Ans while I'm on a rant...I think it is sick that anyone have a really expensive car. It makes me sick to see some people starving in the world and others driving cars that are so much money it could feed them for years. Fuck you expensive cars! Thats it, I'm starting a thread!
