I have had a cellphone for 3 years now and I have amassed a total of 100 hours used (dialing and receiving calls). On the other hand, my daughter has hit 100 hours in less than 2 weeks. I don't bring it to work because I can't get a signal (my office is inside of a building which is inside of a building).

Oh, and I also use it as a clock when I need to know what time it is.

LOL, those were all the rage in the 90's.

Did I pick the wrong decade--I thought the '80s... You're sure it was the '90s??? [?]

OK, just did a "Google" on casio watches from the 1980s...

<p align="justify">I used to wear a Tissot pocket watch exactly like this one:

They're really cheep at about 300 bucks, but I broke the little spring that made the cover pop from checking the time too damn much. I never got it fixed, so the battery just died out[}:)]

^Sweet watch.^ It's definitely easy to put a digital watch component in just about any electronic device these days but wristwatches still remain the ultimate hands free device [:p] Seriously, sometimes I just don't want to carry anything so I almost always have a watch on just in case.

edit: With watches being replaced by tech, I'm digging the tech "look" of these timepieces:

BTW, I still have all my Swatches from the old days. Anybody here still rocking a Swatch?

I have two Swatches. My favorite is an H.R. Giger inspired Swatch which Giger designed[8D].

I have a watch. I rarely wear it.
I typically only wear it at soccer practice so I can keep the training progression on schedule.

We didn't sell a lot of records, but somehow we left an impression.

I loved my watch because it was lovely gift from my mother-in-law, but it finally expired. I just haven't gotten around to getting another one.
