Depends. The nicer ones are designed so that the driver parts fit into the niche to the into the niche behind the your ear canal. I like these.

Oh...you're one of THOSE people. It makes a difference to the lobists on the board. Are YOU a lobist? I think you should make it known, and put down your real name.
