Random Question thread

I thought this might be kind of cool...ask a random question and get it answered, then follow up with a random question of your own.

I had the most random thought yesterday. Al Green was supposed to have made music that was considered "sensual" or "sexy" primo make out music. Is this true ? Not having heard his music (well, other than what may have been played on the radio, and not necessarily indicative of his overall sexy style), I have no idea. If I were to download and burn a CD-R, what would you guys recommend for some sexy moods ?

It's hard to go wrong with the tracks on Al Green's "Greatest Hits" album, especially tunes like 'Let's Stay Together' and 'I'm Still In Love With You'.

You might also want to check Groove Armada's "Back to Mine" release, which has one Al Green track and some other great make out music on it, like Barry White's 'Playing Your Game'.

I'll answer YES, it is true to KYYX's initial question just so I can selfishly ask a question that's been bugging me for sometime and I'm too lazy to look into it:

On the iphone commercials, the iphone rings at the end and someones name appears on the phone. Is this a way of rewarding employees (my guess) or just simply made up names???

A: They come from a variety of sources with subtle and not-so-sublte references. For example:

"Anne Haro refers to a kid named Mitchell Henerson who allegedly killed himself after losing an iPod. Mourners left messages on his myspace calling him “an hero”; ignorant to grammatical rules. As things go, internet goons found out about it became a joke on some of the darker sides of the net and often times suicide is assoiated with iPods and becoming “an hero”. I guess someone at Apple knows the joke."

"John Appleseed is the man who introduced the apple fruit to large parts of Ohio, Indiana and Illinois. He a legendary figure and a very clever name to use in a commercial for apple."

My question: Are my children the only "kids in America" who don't have their own cell phones and cannot text their friends? (I have an extra cell that two of my children share when they need it and it's nothing fancy)

I am sorry I cannot answer your question, coop.

But I have another question. Do rechargeable batteries, such as the type for a digital camera, eventually lose their potency with continued recharging ? My digital camera's batteries run out waaaay too frequently, even thought they had just been charged up.
