Philly is right. The words of the song were changed to fit the language.

Imagine going to a ball game and hearing the menudo version? That would cause a riot.

Um...maybe I'm nuts, but if you are singing the National Anthem in Spanish, doesn't that mean that you translated the words from English and therefore, speak both languages?

I was just saying...

Not necessarily. Think about it a little more.

Wow. Lance with another stunning insight into his "intelligence". If you're going to try and write something in Spanish, get a clue how to write it.

I don't mind them singing the Anthem in Spanish, I mind them singing it here in America. I support their right to sing it any way they want in their own country.
I'm listening to this guy on TV saying. “All these people want it a better life for their families and I want to finish the sentence with "at my expense and that of every other American." Ahhhhh. round them up and send them home. That's as liberal as I can get on the subject.

It took my sister in law 4 years to get her citizenship. It's not fair.

Hell has frozen over. I agree with Stella's sentiment.

Citizenship means nothing if it's not earned.

Desi Arnaz was from Cuba, America's commie neighbor to the South. Therefore, he was cool with the American government. Plus, the man played a mean bongo.

Babalu!
