But you guys are missing something. First I look at the dad. Then I wonder how does he know this pedophile. Then I ask how does the pedophile get in the house. I am wondering if there is much more to this case than meets the eye. What if the dad was part of it? That shit happens far too often. I would like to hear the story when all the evidence is in. Wouldnt suprise me. Also can something be done about Thailand? It is the pedophile capital of the world. People sell their own kids into sex shops and fat foreiners go there to use them. It makes me sick. And I said it a million times, I would go to prison as a king for torturing and beheading a creep that hurt my kid. I would not second guess it.

And I would support you 100%. I hear that dressing your kid up like an adult sex object is big down south but to me it seems like an invitation to pedophiles. I wish they would stop showing clips of the child in shows. She is so beautiful that if she were my daughter I would convert to Islam and dress her as an adult woman of that culture. [:p]

I'm not falling for it this time, darlin'.[;)]

Ditto on what PhillyIdol said. It still doesn't add up. I get the feeling that the only innocent party in all this was that poor kid.

I don't know that "dressing your kid up like an adult sex object" is a Southern thing thank you very much.

But I get what she is saying about pagents. Why do they have them? Dressing your kid up sexy is wrong! Thats that. Child pagents are sick and invite pedophiles. This case proves that. But trust me, it is not over. Daddy dearest is in this.

You'll get no argument from me that child beauty pagents are creepy & I suspect they would attract pedophiles.

But, I don't hold the parents responsible, or blame them for what happened considering the thousands of kids that do participate in these types of shows & do not get stalked, murdered, etc. I don't like dressing little girls up like grown-ups - but obviously some parents think it's ok & a great number of people attend these types of things.

I don't think the parents had anything to do with the murder at all. I think they handled the media scrutiny poorly by hiring a press agent, etc. I think the investigators were hot to jump on the family as suspects & tainted the case. The court of public opinion was ready to hang them & convinced they did it.

The reality is, the invesigators fucked up badly. They ruined the crime scene, stalled, blamed the wrong people & let it go.

With thats aid, this guy is scary - every thing about him spells sociopath.
I don't think you coudl find a better portrait of a terrifying nut-job in any movie.

Lastly, I agree, anyone wearing their pants yanked up to their armpits is a little odd to say the least.

You haven't put much thought into that statement, have you? Would she be safer if you did that? Clothes don't ensure your safety, the environment your placed in does. As a woman you should know that.

Here's a catchy little tune called "The Jon Benet Song" by Brains For Sale:

WARNING: This could be the single most offensive thing ever recorded and only those with extremely morbid, warped senses of humor who are incapable of being offended should listen to it. Everyone else, please avoid.

It's too bad her mother wasn't able to see this arrest. She died about two months ago never knowing who (allegedly) killed her daughter.

Things don't seem to add up in what the Thailand police said he told them and the real case......

Supposedly, he said he picked her up from school and took her to the basement of her house. But it was the day AFTER Christmas, so school wasn't in session, was it?

And the parents say they put her to bed that night....but if PSYCHO picked her up from school, then hid in the basement with her, someone is lying.

And his ex wife sez he was with her in Alabama the night of the murder?

And so on.....

The press was too eager to jump on this before facts were checked....

Then again, it's not like he came out and confessed on his own. The police had been tracking him for some reason for a few months and he was arrested. That's when he made the comments.....

That's the thing Spaz. His confession doesn't add up, but the new investigators have had a line on him for quite some time. There's a reason for that. What it is - we won't know for a while - but it seems like they have some good evidence against him. The evidence includes supposed unreported evidence which he communicated through email with a college professor.

Although I have zero faith in the original group, I'm hoping the new investigation has their crap together.
