Great links. Hard to believe anyone could be so short-sighted as to claim that treating employees fairly is a bad thing. This says it all:
Annual worker turnover rate
Costco 24%
Wal-Mart 50%
Not only would you have considerably less training expense, you'd have happier, more knowledgable employess on the front line waiting on the customers. Isn't customer service ultimately what brings people back?
