I swear I've weighed between 220-225 since I was 20. I eat like a pig too and never gain any weight. I guess It's genetics.
In New York i heard you really need to watch out for shyster Non Fat Yogurt shops pawning off fat filled yogurt as non fat. [;)]

I guess it's because these companies have so much money that they can pay for the best locations in every city or place, thus you see them almost everywhere, and not only in Europe... when I went on holidays to China it was practically impossible to take a picture of a building or street without having a McDonald's, KFC, etc. ad or sign on it [V]
BTW, I think in Prague there's a McDonald's right by the entrance to the Museum of Communism... odd combination.
