Thornbury is about 90 minutes north of us...we're up there a couple of times a year. Been to Thornbury many times...for a real taste of hick town Ontario you need to go about 20 minutes west of where you were to Owen Sound; mullet capital of Canada.

Where did you (try to) ski? We're not skiiers BTW, we're normally up there in the summer.

Blue Mountain. Check out the web-cam pics. This is one bad season all around. I feel bad for the resort owners. They wait all year to make some money and this is what they get. Although I would say that the shop owners have been doing well. They seemed to have been quite busy in the absence of any skiing.

Not to rub it in, but Mrs. Scram & I had a great day skiing at Brighton (east of Sal Lake City) last week. Half-hour drive from home.

Agreed. Rubbing it in it is!

This spring weather (rainy, windy, sorta warm) is getting pretty irritating. Doesn't seem like the holidays without a little skiing/skating.[xx(]

Marv:

At least you got to ski, you could have been there now.

No snow in San Diego, but we do have NFL MVP LaDainian Tomlinson. God bless the sun.

50's and 60's in New England today, maybe they can make Slushies on the slopes instead of Snow. I may have to get the Golf clubs back out.
