As a severe sleep apnea sufferer, I feel your pain. I've done a couple of sleep studies that indicate that I wake up over 900 times per 7 hours of sleep. It has only taken 5 years for them to find a BIPAP solution that works for me. After five years of absolute exhaustion, I'm finally sleeping. The great thing is that my body and mind are back to my pre-apnea schedule, in bed by 3AM, up by 7:30AM and refreshed. I feel human again.

Thanks, Coop!

LOL! No wasting away for me. That's one of the reasons I get so little sleep. I always get up early before job one and have a full breakfast and then have a full dinner after job two.

No, but that would make an excellent Plan B. [:D]

What a great topic!
I love to sleep!

I'm one of those people that needs at least 8 hrs. a night. If I don't, the cumulative effect really wears me down. I sleep deeply and soundly; the proverbial bomb could go off under my bed and I'd never wake up.
The only Big thing I've noticed is that I can't stay up as late as I used to. I used to stay up 'til 12 or 1 or 2 am, no problem. And sleep in late, too. But no longer ! I get tired so early now. and I HATE waking up early, I'm absolutely allergic to it. Argh! But I have to, for work.

I also hate those nights where you can't sleep well. Fortunately, I don't have them too often.
