I've had them 5 times in my life so far--kinda get used to them after a while. Hurt like hell with 2 different type of pains. When they are really internal you get in those positions that you cannot even move a finger without that ice pick type pain. Then pissing it out--so much fun--especially when it only moves a half inch when you pee and gets sort of stuck you know where so that just sitting with your pants on hurts due to the very little pressure the pants cause. You want to pee to get it out but you also know you'll be screamin!!
Get rid of the Colas if your a Cola drinker and up your water intake. Been 6 years since my last battle--I'm overdue!!

First time was kind of freaky--did not start with pain--it was the only time my pee was bright red--had no idea what it was. Thing that freaked me out the most was I was taking a leak in a restroom in a church at the time!! Pissin red in church!!
Oddly enough--first time was the only time I peed red. And that stone looked like Mickey Mouses head when it finally revealed itself.
