I am not a designer, I just stated I thought the Tropicana design was fine, and thought the logo on this site was not music-related at all. It looks like a sport logo.

Don't tell me. Let me guess. You never released anything with a simple letter wrong in a word. God you're so damn perfect. Could you please go through all the posts and let everyone know what they've done wrong perfect one. I screwed up the word hockey, guess it speaks to my infidelity with Mr.Dictionary.

You spelling snob you.

What I haven't figured out is why the new wave outpost logo isn't on the front of a hocket jersey. It doesn't remotely resemble anything new wave, or for that matter, music. Not to me, but also, it does not impact whether I like this site.
What? Is the logo supposed to impact whether you like this site? Do you need it to for some reason?

I already know the answer ... of course not. This was just an obvious attempt at trolling Marv.
Marv did not exactly have glowing remarks for Tropicana, and didn't think much of it. So why not ask him if he needs it to enjoy OJ? You're as much a troll as the next person. I simply stated what you could not understand, albeit indirectly. Most people don't stop buying something they like because the design changes on the outside. I may not think the logo for this site has any music feel to it, but it does not impact the contents. I know, I'm just a troll for not licking moderator ass.

Thanks Motors. It's so obvious, isn't it? NWO, please excuse Countercircular. He obviously could use some anger management psychotherapy for his deep-rooted, ongoing message board grievances that are manifesting themselves into these passive/aggressive, anti-social posts.

Reason being, assclown, that Marv asked about the Tropicana logo for no other reason than to start a little innocent conversation. You, on the other hand, asked about the NWO logo knowing that Marv designed it. Which makes you a TROLL.

I must not forget that you know it all. I should have known better than to post against the almighty one. I know, go ahead, analyze me. You do know it all. You just have no idea how easy it is to toy with you. You are like a little puppet that will come out with your little social spanking with the simplest pull of your string. Hope your tampon didn't fall out.

How on earth can I tell who designs the logos here? I do not see his name anywhere on it. Even if he designed it, and IF indeed he did, should the pot be calling the kettle black when it comes to design? I am not saying the design is awful, it just does not seem like a new wave design. I suck at art, but I know a hockey jersey when I see one.

The identity of the person who designed the logo (and yes, it was Marv) is pretty much common knowledge. There were threads ... and polls. I suppose that all could have went down before you joined ... as this identity at least. Maybe this one is more to your liking?

LOL, by your own admission you're getting a "social spanking" and yet I'm the "little puppet" [:D] You sure have an unusual way of showing yourself who's boss. Has grandpa been coaching you in character lessons again?

Can you show me how when someone comes to this site they know the designer, what would prompt them to find ancient posts to try to find out, etc. That logo was there when I first visited this site, I never asked anyone to give me the history behind it. Nor, when visiting, was I prompted or redirected to posts that discussed the relevance of the artist or design, or their connection to this site. I just figured the person that made it was a hockey fan. I don't care what the logo is or if there even is one, but don't have one and then call people trolls because they comment on it. Maybe if I was a big hockey fan, I might make a music connection, I don't know. Time out, I gotta go comb my troll locks, I got a date with an ogre tonight, that mythical beast known to disagree with the great one from time to time. At least she is an ogre, heck I'm just a troll.

marvy the marvelous one, you try to turn everything around. You should design a logo of an asshole - look in the mirror, you'll find a perfect model. Now pucker up. You choose the orifice you like puckering most.

Sure. Have you already forgotten saying "You just have no idea how easy it is to toy with you. You are like a little puppet that will come out with your little social spanking with the simplest pull of your string"??? That reads like an admission to me.

Motors, don't even bother. His posts are as long-winded and defensive as ever indicating that he still has as much pent-up anxiety as ever. I'm gonna try and leave this thread open as long as I can.

Hey Double C, you clearly have issue with me. It's best to try and resolve this offline. It's not fair for you to make NWO your own personal vendetta ground. People like to post here and have a good time without seeing this tripe [:(]

You seem to follow marvy's every word and are obviously an ardent fan of his. Me, I am too smart to let a spoiled mod think he rules everything and every word. I will grant you this, he oozes his solipsistic self-importance and it is entertaining. Let me get back to trolling okay? I'm sure marvy marvy will ban me, or at least catch me in another post and relinquish me to trolldom once again. I feel like such a troll whore marv. You got me again. Damn, I feel like a God has struck me down. Boo hoo. I hate when my troll dreads get wet from my troll tears.

Have you tried tripe? It's not bad. Maybe you couldn't stomach the taste.

Yep, you're right. Thanks for putting me in my place marvelous one. You are as always right. Think I'll call it an evening and go listen to some classic Jethro Troll.

I don't know if I'd go as far as "ardent fan". Friend? For sure. Since you're so smart, maybe one day you'll figure out that it's not a mod vs. the rest of us culture on this board. Maybe. The one thing I am absolutely certain of is that Marv doesn't need my help or anyone else's against the likes of you. So knock yourself out.
