No shit! Four straight against the Canadians. Don't see that too often. Any chance of the Bruins taking home the cup ? [:p]

I got up and walked away from the TV with 5 minutes left in the NJ / Carolina game. What a mistake!
No kidding, I fell asleep with about 3 minutes left.
See, that's where Maguire would come in handy...you'd be so busy yelling at him to STFU, there'd be no time for sleep.
Too true. But I'd more likely be shouting "boards" every time I saw him between the benches.

Tough year for a Sens fan, but the Caps coming back, and Canucks going on keep me interested in the local pool.

I'm still not convinced that the Bruins are all that good, Carolina has a chance (they'll certainly be a stiffer test than the Habs). Penguins/Capitals is just plain fun as a match-up.

I really thought that the Flames were going to beat the Blackhawks, now I guess it is up to Vancouver. I think Detroit will be able to expose the Ducks, probably the most one sided series.

Pierre Maguire is annoying, but he is no Don Cherry. Sadly, he is by far the most intelligent content on our local sports talk radio station.[:I]

Caps prevail, I'm sure because David cheered really hard.

Also, check out Sarah's favorite book:

I'm sure he did too. I can just see his little pom-poms waving now. As for her favourite book..... that's just so sad.

Call me a pig, if you will, but I could not care less whether she can even read.

We didn't sell a lot of records, but somehow we left an impression.

Yeah, I only followed the first period, when the Canucks were 2-0. Turned it back on shortly after the game was over, heard the score (6-3 ?), and assumed that Vancouver had won.

I missed the Detroit/Anaheim triple-overtime. NHL games should not be played in the afternoons unless it's an outdoor game.

Goodbye Coyotes. Looks like it's going to be the Ontario Blackberrys next season.

I think that'll work out well. They've got that big revamped airport and it's mid-way between LA and Palm Springs, so should draw the suburban and desert crowd.
