Every Political commentator or pundit uses the phrase "the Fact of the matter is..." when that's really code for "the truth as I see it is..." or "the truth according to the group that pays me is..."

Watch some of these shows on CNN, MSNBC or FauxNews and it takes about 30 seconds for the phrase to come out of the pundits mouth.
