My wife and I just did a Lord of the Rings marathon. We have the extended editions. Eleven hours and thirty-seven minutes in total. Holy moly. Yes, we split it up over three nights.

I watched a couple of movies taped from late night tv, over the past week and a half.

1)"The Sweet Hereafter" - I really liked this one and I'll be tracking down a copy of the novel to read, in the near future.

2)"Manhunter" - Have seen this one a couple of times. I just love the use of Shriekback's "Coelacanth" in the scene with the tiger.
