What is a gif and how do I get them on my computer? And use them?

You can make them with Photoshop.
Usually you have to make them frame by frame with an image editor. Its not that hard.

But yah-

And David Hasselhoff...just kinda superimposes everything...so naturally..only he can dance around on web pages like that. Beause he is like...the most important man in the universe.
