I'd like to use this thing to help someone out with a file, but I don't know how. Could someone please teach me how to use it?

1. Go to yousendit.com
2. Type the e-mail address of the recipient in the box beside the 1.
3. Click the browse button and search your computer for the file you wish to send.
4. Click the Send it button beside the number 3.
Done.
Can't get much easier than that.

Okay, But how do I post it on this site like they're doing in the post one great song forum?

If your intention is to post it here, don't bother with the e-mail recipient, just go to the browse files button, pick the file and click Send it. After a short time (or long time) the screen will change and there will be a link. Right click and copy link. Then all that's left is to paste that link into your post. Running multiple tabs in your browser will help...have NWO in one and yousendit in the other. That way you won't miss a second of the action at NWO.
