Nuke Iran?

This shit is scary as hell. But I have some knowledge on the situation and know that it would not be in uor best interests to do it. But it is scary that it is even being talked about.

i think it's a very sane and lucid idea. We're already right there and we'd be swimming in oil, And you know?.....it is our oil...we just let them live there.

The time seems ripe to dust off this fun little ditty dating from the Iran hostage crisis:

I`m with you, I think this is some scary shit. I don`t think any Country should have nukes, including the US. When I have time, I`ll add more.

""The enrichment process is one of the most difficult steps in developing a nuclear program. It requires a complicated plumbing network of pipes connecting centrifuges that can operate flawless for months or years.

The process aims to produce a gas high with an increased percentage of uranium-235, the isotope needed for nuclear fission, which is much rarer than the more prevalent isotope uranium 238.

A gas made from raw uranium is pumped into a centrifuge, which spins, causing a small portion of the heavier uranium-238 to drop away. The gas then proceeds to other centrifuges perhaps thousands of them where the process is repeated, increasing the proportion of uranium-235.

The enrichment process can take years to produce a gas rich enough in uranium-235 that it can be used to power a nuclear reactor or produce a bomb.""

Of course that doesnt matter that they've said theyre going to build power plants not bombs...they have the technology and thats all that matters..

(BTW is it just me or does 'axis of evil' sound like a really cool name for a rock nightclub?)

I think the Bush admin only coined the phrase after getting sick of being called the "Asses of Evil".

This admin has come up some kick-ass names for their invasions. Shock and Awe was kinda catchy.
