Sound bank help.

Postby Frayo » Wed Apr 12, 2006 11:11 am

Im not sure how to put this. Im looking for a sound bank for the old school MIDI modules of the late 80s early 90s.

Those include the Old Sound Blaster Pro, The Gravis Ultrasound, anything with a Roland MPU-101 interface, or something along the lines of a SPC700 emulator.

I know its probobly an impossibility-
but Im looking for possibly a software-hardware couple like the Roland CM-32 with the appropriate preset software enabled.

While Im in fantasy land here-
Does an SPC700 emultor even exist in the first place?

I can't help ya son, but you got good tastes. And I would just like to take this opportunity to say I WANT A FAIRLIGHT I WANT A FAIRLIGHT I WANT A FAIRLIGHT!!!! Friend of mine has a mini Moog in his attic that he picked up for 100 bucks. He hasn't touched it in ions but he won't sell it to me!! "Sentimental Value---blah blah blah" IT'S JUST NOT FAIR!! I haven't tried in a couple of years, maybe now that he has 2 kids the "sentimental value" has worn off. Hopefully.[;)]
