Save your money. They're aimed at the manga crowd, and aren't very good. Same rule that applies to Pro Wrestling comics, sports comics and celebrity comics (outside of the '50's -'60's) applies to music comics. Remember how bad "Rock 'N' Roll Comics" were?

I remember Marvels KISS comics [:(]

Those Kiss comics were actually a high water mark for music comics. Remember that dreadful Alice Cooper comic Marvel put out, where he spent the entire comic in a nuthouse? eh...and there was a dreadfully bad comic from the 80's called "The Rock Warrior" that is hard to forget. And those ICP comics were shitty shit (sold a ton of 'em, though.)Even MC Hammer had a comic...ack. Thanks a lot, Ben. These kind of flashbacks I can do without.

I remember not getting into the KISS comics.
I think i had one of those over sized comics that Marvel put out, i'm almost positive it was KISS. I know I had the over sized Star Wars ones.

There's nothing worse that imitation Japanese comics. Why don't you just get Kenichi Sonoda comics straight from Japan? Don't buy the Dark Horse shit since they censor the hell outta their translations.

Exactly. They feel the need to "Americanize" the manga comics, which pretty much kills the charm of the japanese comics. I hear complaints about that kind of shit all the time, and unfortunately, due to the insane cost of importing the japanese comics, I have to deal with Diamond, and they LOOOVE to push the American repackaged stuff. Best bet for ANY manga (unless you actually like the slice & dice aspects of the american published stuff) is to order the stuff online. As far as the american made imitation manga...I'm with XXX...avoid it like the plague. None of it is worth a damn.

Manga sucks!! Just my opinion....
