He's older than 40, but that's just splitting hairs. Honestly, I never liked Wham. They seemed like a train wreck of a band even then. I'm not at all shocked by the way GM turned out. Although I would have expected Andrew Ridgley to have this fate, not George. Who would have guessed Andrew would fare so much better?[/quote]Apparently Andrew was the smart one. I do love the songs Careless Whisper and Father Figure regardless of George's "issues" -- of course they were recorded in 1984 and 1987 respectively, long before he started getting into trouble (at least in public).
