RIAA is trying to sue XM satellite radio:

Wow, I wonder if they will sue regular FM stations and MP3 player manufacturers also, since a lot of the players can record the FM broadcast.

Actualy I think that the RIAA will probably have people walk around playing music and then charge money to everyone within earshot and sue anyone who doesn't pay.
