Yeah, imagine this kind of shit back in the days of the chain gang: "I hereby relieve this man on the grounds that his skin is too fair for that hot, blistering desert sun!" [xx(]

When the director of the Nebraska ACLU is perplexed by the judges decision you know something is wrong.

Joe Mangano, secretary of the National Organization of Short Statured Adults, agreed with the judge's assessment that Thompson would face dangers while in prison because of his height.
"I'm assuming a short inmate would have a much more difficult time than a large inmate," said Mangano, who is 5 feet 4 inches tall. "It's good to see somebody looking out for someone who is a short person."
Joe, you're an asshole! Can I conclude that the NOSSA is more concerned with a person's height than his status as a convicted pedophile? Unbelievable!
and Judge Kristine? How does your misguided concern for the welfare of a convicted pedophile absolve you of your duty to deliver justice befitting the crime? You yourself said that this puny scumbag deserves a long prison sentence. You are a disgrace!

It seems like it would be easier for him in prison, no kneeling.

How ridiculous - his height erases the crime he committed? Essentially that's what they're saying.
It's apparent that Joe Mangano, secretary of the National Organization of Short Statured Adults, should rename the organization to include "with traumatic brain injury, with chronic stupidity."

Had sexual contact with a 12 year old girl.....
I wonder- was she taller than he was..or was she right about his height?
Its the sound and feeling of a mutual lust fest between two 15 year olds. "what, no smoking?"

Remember those amusement ride signs? - You must be this tall to enter. I think they should build a cute little prison for short people and make it hell for them buy placing large bathroom fixtures in them.[}:)]
