Hey, I bought 2 suits today

Hey, I bought 2 suits today. I haven't owned a suit in 15 years, but I got a court date (I'm the plaintiff) on July 11 and a pre-trial hearing infront of the Judge on June 25, so I have to look good.

I hope this lawsuit works out well (we are almost 2.5 years and counting) -- I've spent a bundle, though the defense is responsible for my attorneys fees and expenses -- just hope they don't appeal.

[/quote]$50 is about the cost of a nice shirt -- I know I bought 2, as well as shoes, a belt, 3 ties, and 6 pairs of socks -- about $1,100 for everything (with the alterations and tax of course).

I haven't owned a suit for 15 years -- gave that one away a long time ago. I've got a nice sports coat and maybe 8 nice ties and a variety of dress shirts, but it was time to step up and look like an adult with a suit -- all the other people will be wearing suits and I should too -- gotta look good when you go to Federal Court.

Well I picked up my newly taylored suits yesterday, and am happy with them. I exchanged a couple of the shirts for similar ones, and exchanged one of the ties that didn't really work with the color of the suits -- so that looks better now. Also bought a nice white shirt, which looks better that the other white shirts I own -- there was some sort of vertical black dirt line along the crease that I didn't see until I unwrapped the shirt, so I'll be exchanging it on Sunday.

I guess I should not have a blog, cause that's about as exciting as it would get. [:D][;)]

If you didn't buy bespoke in Thailand you paid TOO much. I bought three suits cut to my specifications with every feature I prize,
as well as two Thai silk shirts(also cut to my specs) for about $750.00US. It was money well spent.
