how do you go about finding...............

there use to be a cable network station here in houston texas back in the early 80's which brodcasted music vids 24 hours a day. the name of that station here in houston was hit video usa (channel 5).this station came out around 81'and competed aginst mtv in the early years. i gusess the real question is how do you go about finding out were to find like old video archives or recorded video tapings of old tv broadcasts like that ??? [^]

Looks like Viacom bought them out in a settlement with the founder of the station back in 89. Don't know if you saw this or not, I wouldn't have a clue as to getting your hands on the vids. Good luck.

I mean, c'mon, a soss thread without either Ben or eight6 to "help" him out??? How is this possible??? What has happened to the world??? This is unbelievable!!! [;)]

Can we suggest djsoss post a smaller photo?
It doesn't need to be so large
- currently the photo you posted is 1024 x 768 pixels (2.25MB), or 14.222" x 10.667 @ 72 dpi
- try 4.5 x 6" instead -- it'll still look good.

No, no, no. HUEG IS GOOD! Can you imagine the impact an enormous signature would have? People everywhere would fear it. You'd have to scroll endlessly sideways and by the time you get to the end of your sidescroll journey, you'll forget what the topic was about[}:)]
