Glad the oil industry are reinvesting their record profits into things like infrastructure. I'm sure they can file for government subsidies to help fix the pipeline. Wow, when it rains, it pours.

No $4.00 gas for now. $2.00 or close to it coming. Lowest gas by me is now $2.49. Strange how that now sounds good when only a few short years ago it sounded outrageous.[V]

We're still close to $3 up here. I was thrilled over the weekend when it was $2.86.

We're still in the over-$3 range in the Bay Area. I paid around $3.15/gallon over the weekend.

Finally below $3.00 per gallon, paid $2.999 last night at ExxonMobil station [:D]. Beat $3.00 by a 1/10 of a cent! Whew... too close to call. So how come I only paid $2.899 last week (Friday of Labor Day Weekend) at Costco. Do they undersell, lose money on the gas they sell, or just don't jack up the profit margin??? [?]

Y'know this topic confused me, around 8/7 when it was made gas was about $2.89 here, which is where it had been for a loooooong time. Since then, it has done nothing but drop in price, it's now at $2.39 definitly the cheapest it's been in half a year.
