Vacation time

I've been on vacation the last little while, just checked in to see what's going on. Seems quiet -- too quiet.
I love vacation time, you leave a grumpy mess of frazzled nerves, and come back a new man. Many interesting sites so far, and a puzzling sign:
No clue what it means...
