I read this a few days ago. On one hand, there's the whole prisoners' rights issue. On the other hand, he did molest and then kill a little girl.

Prisoners' rights VS. killing a kid ... hmmmmm. I'd say that he got lucky with a tattoo instead of a permanently expanded rectum.

This happened about a half an hour drive from me over in Indiana, he kills the girl because he suspected she saw the meth lab he was in on. He worked out a lifetime prison term, should have been put to death the piece of shit.
